Isn't using the laser sight on weapons dangerous in combat scenarios?
Wouldn't the laser sight give your position away? Laser sights may help a solider to aim at the enemy more quickly and easily, but wouldn't the enemy spot the laser and track it down? It's surprising how I can't find any articles about laser sight being really dangerous at times.
Soldiers don't use the lazer you see on movies and video games. We have a different sight which puts a dot on our target through the scope but outside of looking through the scope you can't see it unless you turn it too high and even then it's hard to see.
