Universal Package Smashers Houston?
I ordered an airsoft sniper rifle that was supposed to go to my cousin's house in Houston Texas. When I received it, the box was badly damaged and I already knew that it was probably abused in some way. I ordered it new and it came back like it was picked of the junk yard. I saw airsoft pellet holes in the box and some contents of the package were missing. I was upset to see that I wasted about $125 dollars for something new and it came in a terrible condition. I technically bought crap for all I know. I ordered it from airsplat as a new product. My suspicion is that the ups might have abused it before packing it in the package box since the tape for the box containing the rifle was broken. The bolt was completely trashed. I need help from anyone willing to. I understand that not all ups delivery men abuse packages but this is just ridiculous.
Photograph everything, don't throw out the packaging and change as little as possible.
Contact the shipper and file a complaint and a comensation claim.
