Are these sights fixable? (springfield 1911)?

The sights on my gun are scratched up and its very noticable because the scratches made a big white mark on the side of the sights. (look at pic) Is there anything good I could use to fix this? Some kind of special paint or something? What if I just cave a light touchup with any good matte black spray paint or something... Or do I have to buy new sights now?

Get a cold blue pen. It looks like a sharpie marker. Birchwood Casey makes them. They also make a SuperBlack pen that would work well.
