cop put a gun to my head????????
i'm 16 and about 5 or 6 months i had a cop put a gun to my head i was in my backyear with my bb gun and my friend and i seen a shadow if a guy with a gun through the gate so me and my friend ran in the house and i went to the door and a cop was walking up on the porch with his gun out and there must have been over 4 cop cars and i open the door and he told me to turn around and he walked up and put the gun rite to my head and asked me where my friend was and where the guns were over having a bb gun in my backyard someone call them and said me and my friend were 18 and had shotguns (the bb guns were rifles types) they took the guns and said we were not supposed to have them in the city. is there anything i can do about this??? where should i go ????
Well, the cop had a right to use lethal force if needed. Your still alive though so I wouldn't be complaining too much. Go up to the department to see if you can get your guns back. If you do get them back put them away and use them in the country where there aren't as many people. You shouldn't be having a bb gun in your backyard in the city anyway. What if you missed and it hit someone? Chances are you won't hurt them but you never know...
