Question about how Eotech's magnifier works.?
The system allows the reticle from the holographic sight to remain the same size while magnifying the target itself. Is this possible because of technology in the magnifier or the sight? Or is it perhaps both?
EDIT: Thanks for the replies. Eotech claims that only the target itself is magnified, but the reticle itself remains unchanged, with a 65 moa ring and the 1 moa dot. I bought a cheaper version of this setup not made by Eotech, and the reticle is magnified with the target. So I want to know if it the magnifier or the sight that makes it possible for the reticle to not be magnified with the target.
I have used the Eotech with the magnifier, the reticle is magnified the same as the target.
